Sollink Terms & Conditions
Last updated · October 2, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Sollink (the “Service”), a social publishing platform operated by Sollabs Technology FZ-LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
About us
Sollabs Technology FZ-LLC is a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates. Registered address: FDBC5800, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
Access
Sollink is currently offered as a private early-access service. Accounts are created by invitation, and we may grant, limit or withdraw access at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and API keys confidential and for all activity under your account.
Connected accounts and platform rules
You may connect only social media accounts that you own or are authorised to manage. Sollink acts on those accounts strictly through each platform’s official login and API, with the permissions you grant, and you can revoke that access at any time from the platform’s settings.
When you publish through Sollink you must comply with the terms, community guidelines and developer policies of every platform involved, including the Meta Platform Terms for Facebook and Instagram, and the LinkedIn User Agreement and Professional Community Policies for LinkedIn. We may suspend publishing to a platform if we believe it would breach those rules.
You may connect your own LinkedIn profile and LinkedIn Pages on which you hold an administrator role. Information Sollink receives from LinkedIn about other LinkedIn members, such as their comments, reactions, names and photos, may be used only to manage that profile or Page inside Sollink. You must not use Sollink to copy, export or collect that information, or to use it for advertising, ad targeting, sales prospecting, lead generation or recruiting. Sollink keeps LinkedIn data only for the limited periods described in the Privacy Policy, and LinkedIn may change or withdraw API access at any time.
Your content
You keep all rights to the content you create and publish through Sollink. You grant us a limited licence to store, convert and transmit that content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for your content and warrant that you have the rights needed to publish it and that it does not infringe any law or third-party right.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to send spam or misleading content, to harass or abuse others, to infringe intellectual property, to circumvent platform limits, or to probe, disrupt or overload the Service. You must not resell access to the Service or use it to build a competing product.
API
The Service exposes an API for your own tools and agents. Calls made with your API keys are treated as made by you. We may apply rate limits and change the API with reasonable notice.
Availability and changes
Publishing depends on third-party platform APIs that can change, fail or be withdrawn without notice. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time.
Fees
Early access is currently free of charge. If we introduce paid plans, pricing and billing terms will be published before they apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sollabs Technology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including missed or failed posts, loss of content, or actions taken by a social platform against your accounts.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see the data deletion page). We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or if the Service is discontinued.
Privacy
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable regulations of the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
