A studio, not an agency.
Sollabs Technology is a small studio in the UAE that builds digital products: websites, SaaS platforms, mobile applications, automation tools, and custom software. Some of them for clients, some of them our own.
The name carries the idea. Sol, the sun: light, energy, life. Labs: technology, experimentation, craft. Put together, it is what we do every day, taking an idea and giving it a working, living form.
We deliberately stay closer to a product studio than a service agency. That means fewer projects, more care per project, and opinions about quality that we apply to our own products as strictly as to anyone else's.
02 · The story
It started as a fascination, not a business plan.
Sollabs was not founded to chase a market. It grew out of years of being genuinely obsessed with technology and slowly building the skills to do something with that obsession.
The obsession
Long before Sollabs, there was a habit of pulling apps apart to understand why they worked, and noticing every place where technology could make life easier or more fun.
The other side
Years spent in marketing and media production: learning how people see things, what makes them care, and how a story earns attention. It turned out to be product training in disguise.
Learning to build
When the tools to build software became something anyone could reach, that access was not wasted. Step by step, the skills piled up until an idea could actually be turned into a working product.
2025 · Sollabs
The studio is founded in the UAE. First product out the door: OKOOD, a workspace for freelancers. Slyduo, Dyrecto, Pudur, Fynacl, SHIFRA, and Sollink follow.
03 · The founder
One person, two sides of the same craft.
I am Saleh Joudieh, and Sollabs is mine.
My background is in marketing and media production, not computer science. That may sound like an odd place to start a technology studio, but it shapes everything about how I work. Marketing taught me to think about the person on the other side: what they need, what they notice, what makes them stay. Media production taught me that quality lives in the details most people never consciously see, but everyone feels.
The technical side came later. I learned it deliberately, over years, pushed by a simple frustration: I kept having ideas for tools that could genuinely change someone's day, and I could not build them yet. Once that gap closed, Sollabs followed almost naturally, and OKOOD became the first product.
So when you work with Sollabs, you get both halves in one place: someone who cares how the product works, and someone who cares how it lands with the people it is made for.

Each one forced us to understand a very different kind of person deeply, and that habit carries over to every project.
Nothing to hide behind
When your name is on the product, there is no client to blame and no brief to point at. Our products are the clearest proof of what our standards actually are.

The things we do not compromise on.
Craft
The difference between software that works and software that feels right is a thousand small decisions. We make them on purpose.
Clarity
Good products are understandable. So are good proposals, good interfaces, and good code. If it needs a manual to explain, it needs another pass.
Usefulness
Technology is a means. Every feature has to earn its place by making something genuinely better for the person using it.
Longevity
We build things intended to be maintained, extended, and still standing years from now, not demos that impress once.
