Delete your Sollink data

This page explains how to remove the data Sollink holds about you and your connected social accounts. Sollink is operated by Sollabs Technology FZ-LLC (Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, United Arab Emirates). What we store is described in the Privacy Policy.

Disconnect a single social account

  1. Sign in to Sollink and open Settings → Channels.
  2. Choose the connected account and select Disconnect.

Its access token is deleted immediately. Cached comments and statistics for that account are removed within 30 days, or within 10 days for a LinkedIn profile or Page. Posts you created in Sollink are kept until you delete them.

You can also revoke access from the platform side:

  • Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find sollink, and choose Remove.
  • Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, find sollink, and choose Remove.

Removing the app invalidates the token Sollink holds. The related account data is deleted on the next connection health check, and in any case within 30 days.

On LinkedIn, Sollink appears as Sollabs Publisher. Go to Me → Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Permitted services, find Sollabs Publisher, and choose Remove.

LinkedIn data is deleted within 10 days of disconnecting a LinkedIn profile or Page in Sollink or removing Sollabs Publisher on LinkedIn, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Email us from the address you sign in with and ask for your Sollink account to be deleted. We verify the request and then permanently delete:

  • Your sign-in identity and profile
  • Every connected social account and its access token
  • All posts, media, schedules, comments and statistics stored in Sollink
  • Your API keys and notification settings

Deletion is completed within 30 days and confirmed by reply. Content already published to a social platform stays on that platform; delete it there if you wish.

What may be retained

Limited records may be kept where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements, as described in the Privacy Policy.
