Sollink Privacy Policy
Last updated · October 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Sollink (the “Service”), a social publishing platform available at sollink-five.vercel.app, collects, uses and protects your information.
The Service is operated by Sollabs Technology FZ-LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates. Registered address: FDBC5800, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
The short version
Sollink connects to the social media accounts you choose, through each platform’s official login, and uses that access only to publish the content you create, to show you how it performed, and to bring your comments into one inbox. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and you can disconnect any account or delete everything at any time.
Information we collect
Your Sollink account. Your email address and sign-in identity, provided by our authentication provider (Supabase Auth).
Connected social accounts. When you connect an Instagram professional account, a Facebook Page, a LinkedIn profile or LinkedIn Page, or another platform account, we receive from that platform:
- The account’s identifier, display name, username and profile picture
- An access token that lets Sollink act on the account with the permissions you granted
- The list of permissions the platform granted
Content you create. Posts, captions, hashtags, media files (images and video), schedules and posting slots you set up in Sollink.
Data returned by the platforms. Publishing results and post links; comments and replies on your posts; and per-post and per-account statistics such as reach, impressions, likes and follower counts.
Technical data. Timestamps, request outcomes, error messages and diagnostic logs needed to operate, secure and debug the Service. We do not run third-party advertising or behavioural analytics trackers.
How we use information
- To publish your content to the accounts you selected, at the time you chose
- To show delivery status, comments, replies and performance statistics in your dashboard
- To let you reply to, like, hide or delete comments from within Sollink
- To notify you (for example through Telegram, if you enable it) when a post fails or an account needs reconnecting
- To provide an API for tools and agents you authorise with your own API keys
- To keep the Service secure, reliable and free of abuse
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your data or your audience’s data for advertising or profiling.
Meta platform data
Data received from Facebook and Instagram through the Meta Graph API is used only to provide the features described above, in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Sollink never asks for your Facebook or Instagram password; access is granted through Meta’s own login dialog and can be revoked from your Facebook or Instagram settings at any time. Comments and statistics are retained only for as long as the related account remains connected.
LinkedIn data
Sollink connects to LinkedIn only through LinkedIn’s own sign-in (OAuth), where you see and approve the requested permissions. On LinkedIn, Sollink appears under the name Sollabs Publisher. Sollink never asks for your LinkedIn password, and you can revoke its access at any time from LinkedIn under Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Permitted services.
What we receive from LinkedIn
- Your basic profile: your LinkedIn member ID, name, profile photo, headline and profile URL
- The LinkedIn Pages you administer and your role on each, and each Page’s name and logo
- The posts published through Sollink and their LinkedIn identifiers
- Comments, reactions and mentions on your posts and your Pages’ posts, together with the name and photo of the LinkedIn member who made them
- Statistics for your Pages and posts, such as follower counts, page views, impressions, engagement and video views, and the post and profile statistics LinkedIn provides for your own profile
How we use it
LinkedIn data is used only to publish the content you create to your profile or Pages, to show you whether each post was delivered, to show and let you respond to comments on those posts, and to report how your profile, Pages and posts perform. Data about a profile or Page is shown only to the people who manage that profile or Page in Sollink.
We do not sell LinkedIn data, and we do not use it for advertising, ad targeting, sales prospecting, lead generation, recruiting, or to build or enrich profiles of LinkedIn members. We do not combine it with other data about those members. Data about other LinkedIn members, such as their comments, names and photos, is shown only inside the Sollink dashboard. It is not exported, shared with other customers, or made available through the Sollink API.
How long we keep it
LinkedIn data follows LinkedIn’s data storage requirements, which are shorter than our general retention periods:
- Comments, reactions, mentions and posts by other LinkedIn members: at most 48 hours. After that we keep only the LinkedIn identifiers needed to manage your posts, not the content.
- Other members’ names, photos and profile details: cached for at most 24 hours.
- Your own profile and member ID: while your LinkedIn account remains connected.
- Your Pages’ posts as returned by LinkedIn: at most six months.
- Your Pages’ name, logo and other Page details: at most eight weeks, refreshed while connected.
- Page and post statistics, which contain no information about individual members: at most one year.
When you disconnect a LinkedIn profile or Page, revoke Sollink’s access on LinkedIn, or ask us to delete your data, the related LinkedIn data is deleted within 10 days.
Who we share information with
We share data only with the service providers needed to run Sollink, each acting on our instructions:
- Supabase (authentication and database hosting)
- Vercel (web application hosting)
- Cloudflare (media storage and the publishing worker)
- Meta Platforms, LinkedIn and any other social platform you connect, which receive the content you ask us to publish
- Telegram, if you enable alerts, which receives the alert messages only
Data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and the European Union, under appropriate safeguards.
Security
Access tokens are stored encrypted in a server-side vault and are never sent to the browser. All traffic uses HTTPS. Database access is scoped so that each user can only reach their own records.
Data retention and deletion
- Disconnecting a social account in Sollink deletes its access token immediately and removes its cached comments and statistics within 30 days.
- Removing Sollink from your Facebook or Instagram app settings invalidates the token we hold; the related data is deleted on the next health check or within 30 days.
- LinkedIn data has shorter limits, described in the LinkedIn data section above, and is deleted within 10 days of disconnecting or revoking access.
- Posts and media stay until you delete them.
- Deleting your Sollink account removes all of the above. Instructions are on the data deletion page.
- Logs are kept for a limited period for troubleshooting and then discarded.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA or the UAE Personal Data Protection Law), you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and objection over your personal data. You can exercise them from inside the Service or by contacting us. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
