SHIFRA Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SHIFRA (the “App”), a single-player sensory puzzle game for Android operated by Sollabs Technology FZ-LLC (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

About us

Sollabs Technology FZ-LLC is a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates. Registered address: FDBC5800, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

Use of the App

The App is a single-player game provided free of charge, with no in-app purchases. It requires no account, and the game itself works offline. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and the terms of the store you obtained it from (Google Play).

Advertising

The App is supported by advertising served by a third-party provider (Google AdMob). Ads are what keep the App free. The processing of device data connected to advertising is described in the Privacy Policy. You agree not to interact with ads fraudulently (for example, by generating artificial clicks or impressions).

Privacy

The App itself collects no personal data. How your locally stored progress and advertising data are handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the App on Android devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

Intellectual property

The App, including its artwork, level designs, sounds, story, game design, code, name, and logo, is owned by Sollabs Technology FZ-LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

Game progress

Your game progress is stored only on your own device. We have no copy of it and cannot restore it if it is lost, for example if you uninstall the App, change devices, or start a new run from the App’s settings. Uninstalling the App deletes your progress.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the App enjoyable and reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or its distribution at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sollabs Technology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including loss of locally stored game progress.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time; uninstalling it removes all locally stored app data. We may discontinue the App or restrict its distribution for violations of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable regulations of the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
