Delete your Slyduo account

This page explains how to delete your Slyduo account and what happens to your data when you do. Slyduo is operated by Sollabs Technology FZ-LLC (Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, United Arab Emirates).

Delete your account from inside the app

  1. Open Slyduo and go to Settings.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
  3. Read the confirmation dialog, tick the acknowledgement checkbox, and confirm.

Your account then enters a reversible 7-day grace period:

  • You stay signed in and can cancel any time from Settings → Cancel deletion.
  • Gameplay is paused during the grace period.
  • If you have a partner, they are unpaired and notified.

After the 7 days, your account and all data you own are permanently deleted and you are signed out. Once the 7 days pass, this cannot be undone.

If you no longer have the app installed

Email couplesappdxb@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account and request deletion. We will verify the request and delete your account and data.

What is deleted

When deletion completes, we permanently delete:

  • Your profile and sign-in identity (Google or Apple)
  • Your couple pairing and shared couple data (streak, level, history)
  • Your task history, guesses, and stats
  • Any remaining proof media (photos, audio, video)
  • Your device push tokens and subscription link

What may be retained

  • Proof media is already deleted automatically after each round closes (typically within ~48 hours), independent of account deletion.
  • Limited records may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements — see the Privacy Policy for details.

Subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting your account

Deleting your Slyduo account does not cancel a subscription billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, and charges may continue unless you cancel it yourself. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play subscriptions or App Store account settings.
