Fynacl Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Fynacl (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The App is operated by Sollabs Technology FZ-LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates (“the developer”).

Application purpose

Fynacl is a personal finance organization and expense tracking tool designed for residents of the United Arab Emirates. The App automatically captures transaction data from banking SMS alerts and banking-app notifications that you authorize, and presents that data in an organized, searchable format with spending analytics and budget management features.

Not financial, legal, or professional advice

The App is intended for personal information management purposes only and should not be considered an official financial record. It is a data organization and visualization tool only. Nothing within the App constitutes or should be interpreted as:

• Financial advice or investment advice
• Accounting or bookkeeping services
• Legal advice
• Tax advice or guidance
• Banking or financial services

Transaction amounts, categories, and summaries displayed by the App are derived from automated parsing of SMS messages and notifications and may contain errors or omissions. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any data displayed by the App before relying on it for any financial decision.

License and distribution

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a personal Android device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

The App is currently distributed directly by the developer and activated with an offline activation key tied to your device. Activation keys are issued for personal use and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of personal finance tracking. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent the App’s data filtering, processing, or activation logic
• Distribute or sublicense the App
• Use the App to process financial data belonging to another person without their consent

Intellectual property

The App, including its source code, design, branding, and bundled assets (including the embedded machine-learning model), is the exclusive property of the developer. All rights not expressly granted by these Terms are reserved.

Purchases

The App currently offers its core features at no charge. If premium features are introduced through an app store in the future, they would be offered as in-app purchases or subscriptions processed by Google LLC through Google Play Billing, subject to Google Play’s Terms of Service and refund policy. The developer does not handle, store, or process payment information. Subscription fees, if ever applicable, would be clearly disclosed before purchase.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

The developer does not warrant that:

• The App will operate without interruption or error
• Transaction parsing will be accurate for all banking SMS or notification formats
• All banking institutions will be supported
• The App will be compatible with all Android devices or software versions
• The App will detect all financial transactions

The App relies on pattern matching against banking institution message formats. Banking institutions may change their message formats at any time without notice, which may cause the App to miss or misparse transactions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to: inaccurate transaction parsing or categorization, missed transactions, financial decisions made in reliance on data displayed by the App, or loss of data resulting from device failure, uninstallation, or application errors.

The developer’s total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Data and privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what data the App stores locally, what permissions it uses, and your rights over your data.

Updates and changes

The developer may release updates to the App from time to time. Updates may add, modify, or remove features. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be made available on this page and within the App. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated revision date.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these Terms terminate automatically if you uninstall the App. The developer reserves the right to discontinue the App at any time.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
